The
bill (Reg. No.7044)
submitted by People´s Deputy S. Mishenko obliges the investigator to serve a duly certified copy of a criminal case record
statement on demand of a complainant, a civil claimant, a civil defendant or their
representatives.
The Committee members analyzed the bill, and emphasised that the suggested amendments are appropriate. According to the People´s Deputies, adoption of the bill will set extra guarantees for the constitutional rights protection of the participants of the criminal proceedings, and prevent manipulations with the criminal case materials on the part of the pre-trial investigation bodies.
